What is the BÉIS Limited Lifetime Warranty?

We stand by the quality of our luggage. Our limited lifetime warranty covers functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, and zippers of all hard-sided rollers.

How do I clean my BÉIS bags?

For most of our polyester and nylon bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For vegan leather components, use a specialized leather cleaner or a soft wipe.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return window for most items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that a small return shipping fee may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

How can I track my order?
